Hot pot is one of the most important food cultures in China. It has developed into a daily routine regardless of the season, region and number of people. Hot Pot Master in Macau has recently launched the special one-man hot pot with a variety of soup bases and ingredients.
Located at NAPE area, Macau, Tian Chao specializes in new-style Chaozhou cuisine, with fresh ingredients such as seafood and sashimi. Signature dishes include Chilled Crab and Congee with Baby Oyster.

當中的“ 濃湯花膠雞煲”,用上文火燉煮原只三黃雞及花膠,湯頭濃稠,色澤乳白光亮,豐富膠原蛋白,滋陰養顏。至於嗜辣的朋友則可一嘗結合了海鮮甜味和泰式風味的“ 泰式冬陰海鮮煲”,再加上火鍋涮料,令您越吃越惹味!當然還可以選擇“ 四川麻辣湯”,熱騰騰的麻辣鍋底,辣而不燥,麻而不苦,瞬間讓人垂涎。而喜好清淡鍋底可以選擇“ 番茄濃湯”湯底,酸甜適口,十分開胃。

Stews with yellow hair chicken and fish maw, “Double Boiled Soup with Fish Maw and Chicken” is creamy and enveloped in a rich flavor. It is also good for nourishing the vital essence as it is full of collagen. For spicy lovers, try “Thai-style Tom Yum Seafood Soup” which combines the sweetness of seafood with Thai flavor. You can also choose “Sichuan Mala Soup” which is numbingly spicy but not dry or bitter and make your mouth water. If you are into light-flavored soup, select the sweet and appetizing “Tomato Soup”.

天潮

為了令食客得到更多元化的美食體驗,天潮最近亦推出了一人一鍋放題餐單,十多款特色湯底任君選擇。來到這裡,除了火鍋當然不可不嚐餐廳的各種精選特色菜式,其中潮州名菜凍蟹,大廚使用重一斤或以上的肥美紅蟹,肉味鮮甜清爽,蟹黃脂凝透香。至於餐廳另一名菜煎釀鮮蟹鉗,大廚先把蟹鉗拆殼先煎再以湯煨之,入口盡是鮮蟹肉。天潮還有不少潮汕小吃,如天潮醃司奄及辣酒煮花螺,煎蠔餅與蠔仔方魚粥的蠔仔亦新鮮肥美。老饕也要試陳年滷水膽炮製的鵝片,最後再點天潮招牌菜“ 龍蝦海鮮泡飯”,一頓飯才算完滿!

In order to give guests a more diverse dining experience, Tian Chao has launched the one-man hot pot recently with a selection of more than ten special soup bases. Besides hot pot, you should not miss the famous Chaozhou dishes like the Chilled Crab. The chef uses only red crabs of over a catty for their freshness, sweetness and aromatic roes. Another signature dish is Pan Fried Stuffed Crab Claw. Crab meat is first removed from the shell, and then pan fried. Afterwards, it is stewed in a stock. The restaurant also serves a range of Chaozhou snacks, such as Marinated Raw Cockle and Boiled Snail with Spicy Wine. For oyster lovers, Omelet with Baby Oyster and Congee with Baby Oyster, Flounder and Minced Pork are not to miss. Marinated Goose Meat made with an aged stock is another chef’s recommendation. Before calling it a meal, remember to order Tian Chao’s signature dish Rice Broth with Lobster and Seafood for a perfect ending!
