“ 巴塞隆拿餐廳酒吧 ”毗鄰熱鬧繁華的旅遊景點官也街,餐廳樓高三層,每一層都散發著獨特的格調和氛圍,讓客人置身歐陸風情的環境之中享受美酒佳餚。餐廳在主廚Hector的領導下,呈獻多款傳統風味與新派創意兼備的西班牙料理。
Hector的烹飪生涯超過20年,早前分別於歐洲、中東和亞洲(包括澳門和香港)各地累積豐富的廚藝經驗;他深信經典菜式是啟發創新餐飲體驗的基礎。
餐廳菜單提供一系列的新派西班牙小吃、海鮮、肉類、米飯及甜品,定必令每位顧客的味蕾感到滿足。其中大廚推介菜式包括金槍魚柳配黑毛豬腩肉,金槍魚柳的鮮甜配上黑毛豬腩肉的爽口,開胃非常。另一傳統風味菜式西班牙八爪魚配薯蓉,選用足料八爪魚鬚,肉質柔韌而富彈性,灑上煙燻紅椒,搭配細緻幼滑的薯蓉,口感豐富。擺盤極為精緻的醃帶子配紅菜頭、玉米、牛油及草莓,大廚挑選新鮮肥美帶子,配上各種鮮甜開胃的伴菜紅菜頭、玉米及草莓,風味清新,最適合炎夏品嚐;筆者推介另一海鮮主食,香焗大西洋銀鱈魚配乾果及蜜糖醬,銀鱈魚口感細嫩,入口即化,大廚將魚煎得芳香撲鼻,搭配清甜蜜糖醬,正好減輕油膩感覺。各款菜式還可配以由主廚Hector親自挑選的佳釀,包括各式西班牙美酒、啤酒及清新怡人的雞尾酒。

Nestled in Taipa Village, the three-storey Barcelona Macau is a Europeanstyle restaurant which exudes an air of cosiness. Led by Chef Fernandez,Barcelona Macau brings a traditional Spanish dining flavour with contemporary and creative twist.
Chef Fernandez has over 20 years of culinary experience and has worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia (including Macau and Hong Kong). He believes that traditional dishes are the basis for culinary innovation.
Barcelona Macau boasts a generous selection of contemporary Spanish tapas, seafood, meat, rice and desserts to suit all tastes. Chef Fernandez recommended Tuna Loin, Roasted Iberian Pork Belly & Smoked Eggplant, the sweet tuna loin and tasty Iberian Pork Belly are refreshing. Sprinkled with red peppers, Tender Octopus with Mashed Potato has a rich taste with pliable octopus and creamy and fluffy mashed potato. The exquisitely presented Scallop Ceviche with Beetroot, Corn, Avocado & Strawberries consists of the freshest scallops with appetizing side dishes which are suitable for blazing summer. For Codfish with Dried Fruits & Honey Sauce, the perfect pan-fried codfish with a sublime melt-in-the-mouth texture goes well with the refreshing honey sauce. All dishes can also pair with wines selected by the chef, including various Spanish wines, beers and cocktails.
