Wagyu is some of the world’s most desirable and prized beef, typically bred without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Incredibly tender with a rich, buttery flavour, it has higher marbling than any other beef breed, giving it ultimate “melt in the mouth” texture. Copa Steakhouse and Golden Court at Sands Macao have introduced a range of gourmet dishes created with delicious Australian Wagyu beef to tantalise guests’ taste buds. The time-limited Wagyu beef menu is available from now to 31 Aug.
