陳光記飯店 必食黑椒燒鴨叉燒飯

要說港澳的地道美食排行榜,燒味必然是第一位!而陳光記更是澳門燒味店的老字號,在澳已近半世紀歷史。南灣總店一定要吃的當然是他們最有名氣的黑椒燒鴨叉燒飯,其鴨肉均由傳統手工以黑椒腌製,令黑椒香氣更均勻滲入,再用炭火燒,故肉質嫩滑得很,微焦的鴨皮略為脆口,可口的肉汁和油花隨門牙咬下即溢出,在點菜時可向店員要求鴨腿部位,更好吃。而另一主角叉燒也不遜分毫,每塊叉燒肉皆由蜜汁包裹著,鹹香中帶甘甜作平衡,口感極佳。另外,他們出品的燒肉也有品質保證,其金黃的豬皮燒得格外鬆脆,是吃得出的“咯咯”聲,所選用的也是脂肪和肉較平均的部分,可口又有層次。

Cantonese style roast meat (siu mei) is definitely the most authentic taste of Hong Kong and Macau. Running for generations, Chan Kong Kei is one of the more famous restaurant in Macau serving siu mei. The signature dish, Black Pepper Roast Duck and BBQ Pork on rice is a must try. Roasted with charcoal fire, the duck meat seasoned with black pepper is absolutely aromatic, tender and juicy with crispy skin. The duck legs are even more delicious. The BBQ pork with a sweet honey glaze is both juicy and tender with a rich savory taste. The crispy skinned roast pork is crunchy with clear layers of fat and meat.

生利咖啡麵食 招牌炸魚片麵

吃過剛剛的脆皮燒肉後,接下來的同樣脆口非常,位於附近的生利咖啡麵食同樣是澳門的著名老店,而招牌菜就是炸魚片麵。店家以秘製材料腌製魚肉片一整晚,隔日再以中火慢炸,色澤金黃且均勻,端上時炸魚的香氣撲鼻而來,咬下去的脆口感覺跟吃薯片或蝦片有點相似,每片也能吃出聲音來。而味道則帶有魚肉的鮮味,跟生麵和以大地魚熬制的湯底合襯得宜。如覺得炸魚太上火的話,另一值得推薦的就是牛筋腩雲吞麵,其筋腩肉是經過長時間炆煮,軟腍入味,而雲吞內餡為蔥花豬肉,每一口也叫人滿足。

After eating the crispy roast pork, let’s visit the nearby Sang Lei, also a famous eatery in Macau. The most acclaimed dish is Fish Cake Noodles. The chef uses secret recipe to marinate the fish cakes for a night and then deep fries them slowly over medium heat. The fish cakes are crisp and golden brown with fresh fish aroma and flavor, match perfectly with the noodles and dried flounder soup stock. Another recommendation is Beef Brisket and Wonton Noodles. The beef is richly flavorful and tender and the pork wontons are tasty.

金船餅屋 正統葡式豬扒包

遊澳門又怎少得品嚐葡國美食?生利咖啡面食隔一條巷就是金船餅屋,此店門面並不起眼,但經過時會偶然聽到一、兩句葡文對話。沒錯,這裡提供的是非常正統的葡國菜,常坐滿葡藉食客。來吃個下午茶,有如置身歐洲渡假,分外愜意。澳門最聞名的豬扒包,其實源自葡式豬扒包“ Bifana ”,而金船最有名的也就是Bifana,其麵包為焗至脆身的豬仔包,內裡塗上的牛油毫不吝嗇,把厚身豬扒夾於其中,鹹香的醃味並未蓋過豬肉本身,軟韌度適中,肉汁全鎖於其中。
