2012年的一件宋朝汝窯.天青釉葵花六瓣形洗創下兩億多港元的世界拍賣紀錄,令人對這種簡約的單色瓷器刮目相看。中國著名收藏家馬未都就說過:「中國製瓷歷史上真正的巔峰依舊是宋瓷。宋瓷面包含了一些哲學的理念,這是明清瓷器所不能相比的。」宋朝距今逾一千年的日子,那是一個文藝與手工藝發展臻至極峰的年代。日本藏家特別敏感,早在數十年前已大舉收藏宋瓷,欣賞的正是它內斂深藏的儒雅格調。
The record auction sale of an Outstanding Ru Guanyao Lobed Brush Washer in 2012 has brought the world’s attention to the piece of minimalist ceramic ware. As the most brilliant era of ceramic in later imperial Chinese history, Song ceramic is not only familiar by the craftsmanship and artistry but the philosophy meaning.

宋朝的文人有高超的品味,那是寫下「無可奈何花落去,似曾相識燕歸來」的優雅宋詞氣質,然後有蘇軾的蘇體字流傳千古、王安石的變法篤定江山、范仲淹散文《岳陽樓記》一句「不以物喜,不以己悲。」才情激昂於百代,方能凝煉出宋代越窯中珍貴的秘色釉:「九秋風露越窯開,奪得千峰翠色來。」有宋一代的文人,都愛用青白釉小爐點一支香在書案,用建窯兔毫釉盞呷一口青茶,然後揮起筆桿,在鈞窯天青小筆舔中沾上濃墨,賞賞眼前定窯雪白的花插中一枝小蠟梅,才運筆寫下:「庭院深深深幾許..淚眼問花花不語,亂紅飛過鞦韆去。」透過青白釉的素樸,我們彷彿可以聽得宋樂中歌女高吭的頌唱,與一身絲綢飛舞飄揚;透過醬色釉的濃冽,我們可以感受到宋代儒道釋三家共和的深邃思想,字畫中重墨筆勁動風雷。天藍釉帶來天人合一的想像、豆綠釉滲出崇尚自然的本性、月白釉表現隨心隨性的中和之美、天青釉闡發一代理學潛移心中的謹小慎微。在宋朝時代,燒製瓷器是上貢朝廷的重大事情,也是一代文人追求的與別不同品味,製瓷大師採用神秘的瑪瑙、金、銀等物,燒出可一不可再的海棠紅、蔥翠青、鸚哥綠、桃花片、玫瑰紫、雨過天青、月白風清等奇幻之色,加上奇妙的技藝燒出如冰裂開片的瑕疵美,被喻之為金絲鐵線,又或百極碎、龜子紋、梅花片,聽見已令人醉,得睹更可解煩憂的地步。

Song dynasty is well-known for Ci (poetry), where a handful of poets, writer and calligrapher – including Su Shi, Wang Anshi, Fan Zhongyan, to name but a few – created the influential effect of Chinese literature. Similar as current fashion trends, glazed wares of monochrome colours became to be represented with own unique characters.
