Grill 58 in MGM Cotai operated by threestar Michelin chef Mauro Colagreco newly launched the Teppanyaki tailormade menu, offering an enjoyment of nobility.
盛焰主廚Mauro Colagreco先後受聘於多間星級餐廳，曾與多位三星名廚共事， 他在法國主理的Mirazur餐廳，於2019 年勇奪San Pellegrino“全球50 家最佳餐廳”的第一位。Mauro現將這份星級技巧帶到澳門盛焰；以專人從世界各牧場精挑的上乘牛肉作主打，用喜馬拉雅鹽進行乾式熟成程序，再配合您最愛的料理方式主理，將完美的風味呈獻給每位客人。
Mauro Colagreco has worked in a number of award-winning restaurants with different three-star Michelin chefs, his restaurant Mirazur in France is the winner of World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019. Integrating his culinary artistry, Grill 58 in Macau features the top-quality beef all over the world dry aged in Himalayan salt and serves dishes in your most preferable way.
In addition to dry-aged beef, Grill 58 also offers a wide range of quality fish, seafood and meats. For the newly released Teppanyaki tasting menu, guests can first explain their dietary preferences, the chef will then tailor-make an exclusive menu where all ingredients are seasonal and carefully selected. Specialized in the use of high-quality fresh ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine, Mauro has created several new signature dishes for a refreshing dining experience.
Mauro, who learnt his craft in France, excels in creating richness of layers in his dishes. A great example that showcases his skills would be the new dish “Hamachi, coconut, grapefruit, macadamia milk”. The excess greasiness of the hamachi is removed through curing, while retaining its umami, together with coconut, grapefruit and macadamia milk, the soft and silky texture of the fish is further accentuated. Whereas the dish “Teppan-grilled red mullet fish, chickpea flour pancakes, curcuma ‘rouille’ sauce” uses fresh catch from the Mediterraneans, grilling the red mullet on a teppan until the skin is crispy and the meat is moist.
With Nice sneak Socca inspired chickpea flour pancakes as accompaniments, served with curcuma ‘rouille’ sauce, this dish perfectly captures the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. Beef is not to be missed at Grill 58. The new dish “Australian black Angus beef carpaccio, lime, jalapeno, coriander, salted anchovy” evolves from the classic “Beef carpaccio”. Tender Angus beef are cut into almost transparent slices and garnished with a variety of ingredients, enriching the dish with a great combination of different flavors.
The series of new Mediterranean dishes at Grill 58, encapsulates the best flavors of different cuisines three-star Michelin chef Mauro has mastered over the years. With the tailor-made menu, the dining experience at Grill 58 is definitely noble.
