Perfect Christmas Feasts and Celebrations at Grand Coloane Resort

離聖誕還有一個月,鷺環海天度假酒店準備了一系列豐富節目,與大家一同共渡佳節。
It is one month until Christmas. Grand Coloane Resort has prepared a series of fantastic feasts and happenings for Christmas to be very merry.


鷺環海天度假酒店跟澳門國際婦女會合作,將於12月8日舉辦慈善聖誕活動-「鷺環海天聖誕小鎮開放日」,屆時將有各式美食、現場音樂表演、慈善義賣及小童攤位遊戲,一共多達30個攤位齊集在此,為今個聖誕佳節倍添溫暖氣氛,締造美好回憶。

In collaboration with International Ladies Club (ILCM) Grand Coloane Resort is proud to present a Charity Christmas Fair at Grand Coloane Resort on December 8. Up to 30 local vendors will participate in the Christmas Fair. There will also be delicious food, live music, workshops and games for people from all walks of life to feel the spirit of Christmas and create lasting memories with the people closest to your heart


Café Panorama

Café Panorama搭配廚師推薦的上等食材,呈獻多款節日盛宴,包括12月24日的平安夜自助晚宴;12月25日的意式聖誕午市套餐及晚市套餐;12月26日更有聖誕翌日印度家庭午市套餐,送上特色地道風味。

Alongside this, on both Christmas Eve and Christmas, Café Panorama serves dinner buffet on Christmas Eve and Italian set lunch and set dinner with Chef’s Christmas recommendations with the finest ingredients. For those who are looking to celebrate Boxing Day, Indian Family set lunch will also be available.


Panorama Lounge

12月1日至明年1月1日, Panorama Lounge推出佳節下午茶套餐,二人共享節日甜蜜美點。

Starting from December 1, Lounge Panorama will launch a Festive Afternoon Tea set perfectly to be shared by two with a selection of much-anticipated delicacies for the Christmas season.


觀海軒 

觀海軒中餐廳為一眾饕客提供粵菜的至佳選擇,即日起至12月31日,你可在這裡嘗到「冬至推介套餐」。即日起至明年1月19日,「冬日煲煲暖」熱呼呼的煲仔菜在這個冬季溫暖你的胃。另外,12月16日至明年2月9日,你更可以挑選心宜的特色盆菜,與家人朋友迎接一個暖意綿綿的冬日。

來自奧地利的客席甜點主廚Thomas Hammerschmid,過往曾有30年與歐洲各地著名的酒店合作,今次特別在鷺環海天度假酒店及澳門金麗華酒店創作多款令人垂涎的聖誕蛋糕和曲奇等甜點,無不讓人食指大動。

Kwun Hoi Heen

For those who enjoy Cantonese cuisine, Kwun Hoi Heen will be the go-to restaurant. For the whole month of December, guests will be able to enjoy the Winter Solstice Set Menu and Winter Clay Pot. In addition, a very traditional Cantonese dish Poon Choi will also be available from December 16 for guests to indulge during the holiday seasons.

To round up a delightful feast of Christmas, there will be an array of sweet Christmas treats and sweets available within the hotel which are especially made by a Pastry Guest Chef Thomas Hammerschmid from Austria with up to 30 years of experience working with the most renowned hotels around Europe.
